Welcome mental health professionals! This is not a typical directory. We hope you'll be pleasantly surprised. Use the search field or the outline structure (see sidebar) to find resources. Learn more about the directory. Get some tips for using the directory.

There are a number of special resources and topic areas that one could easily overlook. Here are a few of them.

This area is for resources that provide diverse or general content relevent to professional mental health knowledge or practice. Resources that are primarily for the general public are included when they have substantial information of interest to professionals.

Unlike the General area, this section, Topical, takes you only to topic-centered sources. The broad categories here, such as Disorders, help you drill efficiently into specific subjects.

This area contains clinical search, reference and research tools. Research tools are more specialized resources than search tools. You'll find both topical and general tools here. The resources are in the topics in this section.

Quick Overview

The most important parts of the workbook (the Introduction and the Core Shimmering Process) are done (along with some helpful extras).

This material is not intended as any form of medical or clinical advice, or for treating any medical (including psychiatric) condition.

This manual is under construction. The Extras section is getting some good "inner work" processes and special interest topics, such as information for therapists and others that want a good "look under the hood" at shimmering. If you get on our mailing list, I'll provide news when major improvements are completed.

Introducing free, online: The Shimmering Manual, a self-help resource for everyone, including skeptics. This is non-metaphysical and is sensitive to related science as it unfolds.

The more you experience shimmering, the more of a broad and flexible understanding and skill you will have. If I could only impart a few skills to someone (kind of like asking which recordings you'd take to a deserted planet), it would be the ones in this section.
