I consult in person (and by phone or Skype when appropriate) on advanced stress management, understanding strange or troubling behavior, preparing for stressful events such as court testimony. Writing, Editing, Media Services and Products

I write, edit, and coordinate books and media for select clients' psychological projects as well as my own Sounds for Inner Space™ recordings. (For example, this free and unique sample 4 min. mindfulness meditation experience.) I'm a proponent for using special sounds such as bilateral sound for assisting personal development and psychotherapy. My program Shimmering I: Eliminate Stress and Experience Advanced Meditation (1 hr. talk and 45 min. of guided experiences with bilateral and other psychoactive sounds) teaches people how to eliminate inner emotional stress triggers and recover from major stresses. Education, training, experience

I have an extensive background in the mental health field in roles such as clinical coordinator and program director. I have worked in employee assistance, addiction, and other areas.

I have a masters degree in counseling psychology, and a bachelors degree in social work.
