The more you experience shimmering, the more of a broad and flexible understanding and skill you will have. If I could only impart a few skills to someone (kind of like asking which recordings you'd take to a deserted planet), it would be the ones in this section.

This inner work technique is used to eliminate unnecessary fears or other reactions, or help people recover from trauma. It is a form of shimmering. It's especially good for people who are concerned that they might experience too much emotion if they try a more direct approach such as targeting with bilateral sound. This manual is under construction. Question: It says that UpLevel is not for just unstructured relaxation or meditation, but that's more what I want to do. What do you suggest?
