Shimmering Manual

How to instructions for people who do desensitization and reprocessing as a self-help technique.

The more you experience shimmering, the more of a broad and flexible understanding and skill you will have. If I could only impart a few skills to someone (kind of like asking which recordings you'd take to a deserted planet), it would be the ones in this section.

Introducing free, online: The Shimmering Manual, a self-help resource for everyone, including skeptics. This is non-metaphysical and is sensitive to related science as it unfolds.

This inner work technique is used to eliminate unnecessary fears or other reactions, or help people recover from trauma. It is a form of shimmering. It's especially good for people who are concerned that they might experience too much emotion if they try a more direct approach such as targeting with bilateral sound. The Movie Technique has special ways of giving you some emotional distance from the memory or situation

This manual is under construction. The Extras section is getting some good "inner work" processes and special interest topics, such as information for therapists and others that want a good "look under the hood" at shimmering. If you get on our mailing list, I'll provide news when major improvements are completed.

Question: It says that UpLevel is not for just unstructured relaxation or meditation, but that's more what I want to do. What do you suggest?

Here are some inner work pieces that you can do with bilateral sound. These are especially designed for people that want stress management. These can be thought of as evolved meditations (meditations that aren't stuck in the past).

Quick Overview

The most important parts of the workbook (the Introduction and the Core Shimmering Process) are done (along with some helpful extras).
